Business partners William and Concepta Hite started trading as Your Lets in March 2006.

Now after 18+ years of serving our community and housing over 1140 people we have at long last retired.

On 28th October 2024 all our activities were taken over by Northwood, Southport and Ormskirk.

Northwood have also taken over the office in Beacon House and are keeping Claire on to help manage the properties and tenancies. We have been helping them intensively with the transition during November and will still be on call for assistance as needed until April ’25.

Lyndsey and Todor who are the directors of Northwood will be very pleased to help all our landlords and tenants continue their happy relationships and look after their properties. Of course they will also be able to help guide new tenants and landlords towards making successful and fruitful long term housing relationships.
