- Operate a systematic inspection process of sitting tenancies to ensure that the property remains in good condition. The inspection schedule is designed to minimise intrusion to the tenant so that obviously house-proud and careful tenants see very little of us
- Extend the fixed terms of ongoing tenancies for periods of anything from 6 to 18 months thus helping landlords and tenants feel secure in their relationship
- Negotiate rent increases on sitting tenancies
- Check tenants out and deal with the costs of any end of tenancy dilapidations
