Searching for a property

We do not charge any fees for viewings, financial assessments or discussions about requirements: we help you find the ideal home quite free of charge. Once you have moved into your ideal home some of the fees listed above may become due.

Deposits policy

For assured short-hold tenancies the security deposits or bonds taken by our agency on behalf of the landlord and tenant are lodged with The Deposit Protection Service. Some landlords hold the deposits themselves and protect the deposit in some approved way. Deposits are usually equivalent to five week’s rent. So if the rent is £500 per calendar month the deposit is £576. For other types of tenancies we hold the deposit as stakeholder on behalf of both the tenant and landlord.
